O'Brien County Recorder's Office
- Records many official documents: deeds, contracts, mortgages, assignments, plats, surveys, military records, easements, condemnations, trade names, leases, 28E, drainage, bills of sale, etc. Issues marriage licenses, registers marriage, birth, and death certificates. Handles licenses, titles and liens for boats, snowmobiles, atvs.
- Game licenses: hunting, fishing; duck, trout, stamps; deer, turkey applications; gun and archery permits.
- Collects real estate transfer tax; supports genealogy research; and assists with passports.
