This Pulitzer Prize play is about three sisters who have gathered to await news about the family patriarch, their grandfather, who is living out his last hours in the local hospital.

Crimes of the Heart was originally produced by Actors Theatre of Louisville, Inc. in February, 1979. Its New York premiere was at the Manhattan Theatre Club in 1980. Contact the Dramatists Play Service, Inc. for scripts.
