Three years ago, screenwriter Jane Ackerly accidentally tripped and fell to her death. Or did she? She says it was murder. By special dispensation from Above, we -- and Jane -- have the opportunity to discover the truth: Was it murder? And whodunnit?.

• Jane Ackerly: Hollywood screenwriter, thirtysomething outdoorsy type... and slightly dead. Don't let that fool you, though: she's the dominant character in the script.
