12.04.010 Eighth Street North The street located between Blocks 48 and 49 and Blocks 46 and 47 of Peck and Shucks

Addition, formerly known as Eighth Street, is hereby designated and known as Eighth Street North.

12.04.020 Seventh Street North . The street located between Blocks 45 and 46 of Peck and Shucks Addition, formerly known as Ninth Street, is hereby designated and known as Seventh Street North.

12.04.030 Sixth Street North . The street located South of Block 51 of Peck and Shucks Addition running due west to the west corporate limits of the city, formerly known as Tenth Street, is hereby designated and known as Sixth Street North.

12.04.040 Fifth Street North . The street located between Blocks 30 and 31 of Slocum, Turner and Armstrong's Addition running due west to the street herein as North McCormack Avenue, formerly known as Eleventh Street, is hereby designated and known as Fifth Street North.

12.04.050 Fourth Street North . The street located between Blocks 29 and 30 of Slocum, Turner and Armstrong's Addition running due west to the street named herein as North McCormack Avenue, formerly known as Twelfth Street, is hereby designated and known as Fourth Street North.

12.04.060 Third Street North . The street located between Blocks 28 and 29 of Slocum, Turner and Armstrong's Addition running west to the west corporate limits of the city, formerly known as Thirteenth Street, is hereby designated and known as Third Street North.

12.04.070 Second Street North . The street located between Blocks 27 and 28 of Slocum, Turner and Armstrong's Addition running due west to the Block 10 of the Original Town, formerly known as Fourteenth Street, is hereby designated and known as Second Street North.

12.04.080 First Street North . The street located between Block 27 and vacated Outlots G and H of Slocum, Turner and Armstrong's Addition running due west to the former right of way of the Illinois Central Railroad, formerly known as Fifteenth Street, is hereby designated and known as First Street North.

12.04.090 First Street South. The street located between Blocks 7 and 4 of the Original Town running due west to the former right of way of the Illinois Central Railroad and due east to the street named herein as South Rerick Avenue, formerly known as Sixteenth Street, is hereby designated and known as First Street South.

12.04.100 Second Street South . The street located between Blocks 4 and 1 of the Original Town running due west to the former right of way of the Illinois Central Railroad and due east to the avenue named herein as South Rerick Avenue, formerly known as Seventeenth Street, is hereby designated and known as Second Street South.

12.04.110 Third Street South . The street located between Block 2 of the Original Town and Block 33 of Derby and Rowan's Addition running due west to the west corporate limits of the city and due east to the east corporate limits of the city, formerly known as Eighteenth Street, is hereby designated and known as Third Street South.

12.04.120 Fourth Street South . The street located between Blocks 33 and 38 of Derby and Rowan's Addition running west to the street named herein South Inman Avenue and east to the street named herein as South Rerick Avenue, formerly known as Nineteenth Street, is hereby designated and known as Fourth Street South.

12.04.130 Fifth Street South . The street located between Blocks 38 and 41 of Derby and Rowan's Addition running west to the west corporate limits of the city and continuing to the end of the north street in Leng's Addition, formerly known in part as Twentieth Street, is hereby designated and known as Fifth Street South.

12.04.140 Sixth Street South . The street located between Blocks 40 and 44 in Derby and Rowan's Addition and continuing to the east end of the south street in Leng's Addition, formerly known as Twenty-First Street, is hereby designated and known as Sixth Street South.

12.04.150 Heritage Park Road . The street located between Blocks 51 and 50 of Peck and Shucks Addition and running north to the street named herein as Eighth Street North and south to the street named herein as First Street North, formerly known as Ash Avenue, is hereby designated and known as Heritage Park Road.

12.04.160 Welch Avenue . The street located between Blocks 24 and 29 of Slocum, Turner and Armstrong's Addition running north to what was known as Seventh Street (now vacated) and south to the street named herein as First Street North, formerly known as Birch Avenue, is hereby designated and known as Welch Avenue.

12.04.170 North Rerick Avenue and South Rerick Avenue The street located between Block 24 of Slocum, Turner an Armstrong's Addition and Block 15 of Brocks and Sterns Addition running north to the north corporate limits of the city and south to the street named herein as First Street North, formerly known as Cedar Avenue, is hereby designated and known as North Rerick Avenue; and, this street continuing south of the south corporate limits of the city, formerly known as Cedar Avenue, is hereby designated and known as South Rerick Avenue.

12.04.180 Albright Avenue . The street located between Blocks 19 and 20 of Brocks and Stearns Addition running north to the street named herein as Sixth Street North and south to the street named herein as First Street North, formerly known as Cherry Avenue, is hereby designated and known as Albright Avenue.

12.04.190 North Hayes Avenue and South Hayes Avenue . The street located between Blocks 9 and 10 of the Original Town running north to the street named herein as Sixth Street North and south to the street named herein as First Street North, formerly known as Elm Avenue, is hereby designated and known as North Hayes Avenue; and, this street continuing south to the south corporate limits of the city, formerly known as Elm Avenue, is hereby designated and known as South Hayes Avenue.

12.04.200 North Green Avenue and South Green Avenue . The street located between Blocks 10 and 11 of the Original Town and running north to Lot 3 of Auditor's Subdivision of the NE-1/4 SE-1/4 of 36-96-4l and south to the street named herein as First Street North, formerly known as Fir Avenue, is hereby designated and known as North Green Avenue; and, this street continuing south to the south corporate limits of the city, formerly known as Fir Avenue, is hereby designated and known as South Green Avenue.

12.04.210 North McCormack Avenue and South McCormack Avenue . The street located between Block 6 of Shucks Addition and Block 18 of Brocks and Stearns Addition running north to the north corporate limits of the city and south to the street named herein as First Street North, formerly known as Maple Avenue, is hereby designated and known as North McCormack Avenue; and, this street continuing south to the south corporate limits of the city, formerly known as Maple Avenue, is hereby designated and known as South McCormack Avenue.

12.04.220 North Inman Avenue and South Inman Avenue . The street located between Blocks 6 and 7 of Shucks Addition running south to the street named herein as First Street North, formerly known as Poplar Avenue, is hereby designated and known as North Inman Avenue; and, this street continuing south to the street named herein as Fifth Street South, formerly known as Poplar Avenue and Railroad Avenue, is hereby designated and known as South Inman Avenue.

12.04.230 North Roberts Avenue and South Roberts Avenue The street located between Blocks 1 and 2 of Shucks Addition running north to Lot 1 of Auditor's Subdivision of the NW-1/4 SE-1/4 of 36-96-41, formerly known as Spruce Avenue, is hereby designated and known as North Roberts Avenue; and, this street continuing south to the street named herein as First Street South, formerly known as Spruce Avenue, is hereby designated and known as South Roberts Avenue.

12.04.240 Pumphreys Avenue . The street located between Blocks 3 and 9 of Shucks Addition running north to the street named herein as Third Street North and south to the street named herein as First Street North, formerly known as Walnut Avenue, is hereby designated and known as Pumphreys Avenue.

12.04.250 When effective . This chapter shall be in effect after its final passage, approval and publication as provided by
